NCTS Turbocharger systems

and 6.1 HEMI Turbo Systems
After
two years of research and development, the NCTS HEMI Turbo Systems are
available for the 300, Charger and Magnum LX bodies, AND
the SRT-8 Grand Cherokee! The NEW 5.7 HEMI Grand
Cherokee kit is expected to release by May 1st, 2009!
Standard components (as
applicable) are,
- Single
T3/T4 or T4/T4 turbocharger
- External
wastegate.
- 50
mm BOV.
- All
mandrel bent 304 SS tubing (both hot and cold side).
- Air
intake system.
- Complete
exhaust system from the factory cats back to the polished SS exhaust tips
(factory cats retained).
- Bosch
thread, wide band O2 sensor bung and plug installed.
- Stainless
Steel "T-Bar" clamps.
- 100%
silicone connectors.
- 8
new larger injectors.

Water/Methanol injection system.
- Industry
leading heat shielding materials in appropriate areas.
- 16
new spark plugs.
- 100%
complete installation hardware, oil system components, electrical
components, wiring, oil lines, brackets, etc.
Tubing Only Kit
The
tubing only kit includes the 304 Stainless Steel Mandrel bent tubing package
that is included in the turbo system packages. This is a bare bones package for the Do-It-Yourself individual.
It includes;
- Charge piping from turbo
compressor outlet to the throttle body inlet.
- Exhaust piping from the
exhaust connection point to the turbine inlet.
- Turbine outlet V-Band
flange, clamp, and "U" pipe exhaust outlet section (LX).
- Turbine outlet V-Band
flange and clamp (Cherokee SRT-8).
- Charge Pipe Silicone
connectors and T-bar clamps.
- Exhaust section
Torque-Tite
connectors.
This
package DOES NOT include a wastegate or BOV. You will need to supply your own wastegate and BOV, and using the flanges
provided with them, fabricate your own connections for them.
This
package DOES NOT include the exhaust sections out to the exhaust tips.
You will need to provide the exhaust outlet arrangement of your choice.
NTS = No Turbo

For the Tuner Kits (Tuner
Kit NTS and Tuner Kit WT), you
will need to supply,
- MAP
Sensor
- Sparkplugs
- Fuel
Injectors
- Water/Meth
injection system
- Tuning
- Gauges
(vac/boost, AFR, EGT strongly suggested)
The "NO
TURBO SUPPLIED" option (NTS)
is just that, NO TURBO SUPPLIED.
You select your own for
your individual build. We can
supply a suggested list of sizes that will likely fit, although you may need to
perform some modification depending on your selection

Stroker Kits are only sold as a Tuner
Kit - NTS due to the wide variation in engine configurations.
We strongly suggest a T-72 through T-76 series (also likely
the T-78, fitment not verified).
All base kits come with
NCTS components manufactured to our specifications (Turbo, Wastegate, BOV).
Component upgrades are available if desired as extra cost option(s).
A wastegate and BOV are included with the Tuner Kits.
The
Base kit adds the following to the Tuner Kits,
- MAP
Sensor
(only required for systems being tuned via Diablo or SCT)
- Sparkplugs
- Fuel
Injectors
- Water/Meth
injection system
For the Base kit,
you will need to supply, - Tuning
- Gauges
(vac/boost, AFR, EGT strongly suggested).
We strongly suggest the iEMS3 "In Series" system for tuning on our systems. You get end
user ability to tune your system, an endless variety of tuning profiles, and
direct manufacturer support and a forum where you can upload and swap tunes that
others have developed. The iEMS3 will work with all the optional features found in the Diablo Predator.

We do not market or supply Diablo
Predator handhelds. If you decide to use a Diablo tune for your tuning
solution, it
is not included and should be obtained from your installer/distributor.
Due
to the fact that no two vehicles are alike in regard to PCM part numbers,
software version, vehicle modifications, etc, an optimized Diablo tuning file is not
included in any NCTS kits. There
are numerous tuners available that can provide a Diablo forced induction tune and
provide the required changes, as each vehicle is different.
Systems have not been
fitted with Long Tube headers installed, therefore fitment is not guaranteed if
you have Long Tube headers. Some
modification will likely be required.

1 The LX 5.7 "Tuner kit" WT and the 5.7 Base kit are both
intended for use on an all stock internals 5.7 Hemi with no more than a stage 1 type head and
intake package. If you have
additional modifications, or plan additional modifications, you are advised to
order the 6.1 Stroker Kit and size the turbo accordingly.
Shorty Headers are acceptable.
Note
2 The LX 6.1 "Tuner Kit" WT and the 6.1 Base Kit are both
intended for use on an all stock internals 6.1 Hemi only.
If you have additional modifications, or plan additional modifications,
you are advised to order the 6.1 Stroker Kit and size the turbo accordingly.
IMPORTANT!
- The 5.7 HEMI based Stroker kit is for Stroker engines based on a 5.7 block
only due to clearances associated with the 6.1 HEMI based Stroker block and
exhaust manifold configuration.

pump available. It features all bronze helical cut gears,
stainless steel shafts, and a bronze pump body. Our control
circuitry features an advanced timer system that maintains power to the
pump following engine shutdown, ensuring complete oil removal from the
turbo bearing area (an industry exclusive). Package includes; Oil
Scavenge Pump with electrical connector installed, oil feed restrictor, pump electrical power bus and control circuitry.
Mating connectors for the control box are included.
